Leslie Ritchie, the founder of Browboss Brow & Beauty, “fell in love at first sight” with microblading and the idea of waking up with perfect brows each morning without all of the effort. Leslie trained with Phibrows Academy and become a master, the premier microblading and permanent makeup academy worldwide.
Leslie has taught over 1500 students and performed over 8,000 microblading procedures all around the world. Leslie has now brought her signature treatments and teaching academy to San Diego at the new Browboss Brow & Beauty studio in La Jolla, CA.

I absolutely LOVE my brows. I’ve wanted to get them microbladd for years but was always hesitant because i wanted to find the perfect place that focused on natural looking brows, and I did! It was honestly super painless and Leslie was the best throughout this whole experience. She informed me about the whole process, helped decide the best brow shape to flatter my face, and even the color! I couldn’t have asked for more perfect looking brows. When I was in Vegas literally a week after and had to do my makeup in the airport bathroom I was SO thankful i didn’t have to do my brows lol because they were already perfect!! Leslie is the absolute best and i completely trusted her throughout the process. 10000/10 I wish i did this sooner!
